Artistically, I am deeply fascinated by interactions. What happens when space, color, form and text come together to create a marriage for the senses? Where is the power, the light, indeed the Spirit in these juxtapositions? How are we transformed by the energy within these encounters?
Earle Sanford, D. Min., wrote of my book, “Prayers of Peace” (Council Oak Books, 2005), “Admire the artworks that merge with the words to turn a little book into a spiritual experience.”
I studied photojournalism at Indiana University and fine art at the International Center of Photography in New York … have created illustrations for musicians, book publishers, and manufacturers … exhibited in numerous solo and group shows, and am represented in private collections nationwide.
